Previous Post – St. Peter & the Witness of Confession

Earlier this year, I posted about moving towards a ministry of presence.  I am really blessed to be friends with many people who are seeking to live this out in our city.  One such group is House Blend Ministries, a missional initiative of the Mennonite Brethren community.  House Blend is not in our neighbourhood, but just parallel to ours- in fact, on the same street as our mission house.

House Blend is seeking to live the ministry of presence in Winnipeg’s West Broadway community.  Here is one short story of how they connecting in the neighbourhood:

    Hey Jamie!

Thanks for much for your kind words and encouragement. We love the fact that you and your community are close enough that we can connect for coffee, conversation, and mututal support.

We also can’t wait to get our hands on your book!

God bless you in all you do! Rachel and everyone at House Blend.
