IVP still does not want Canadians to order through them. Tried it. Not sure their supplier in Canada is in on the same offer. So Amazon still seems the best bet for me.

I ordered through IVP 5 weeks ago today. Still haven’t received the book, or very much response from their order department. Has anyone from Canada actually received the book at this deal?
